How will my order be delivered?

Upon confirmation of payment order, we will be in touch with delivery date. Please note the food will be delivered frozen.

What do I need to know?

Nino's dog food products are freshly prepared using only Human grade ingredients from reputable suppliers and frozen immediately. Raw fruit and vegetables may alter overtime pending availability of products. No custom orders can be placed currently-however, our team are more than happy to accommodate any concerns customers may have.

Can I feed kibble and Nino's Dog Food Raw meal together?

Yes. While we always recommend feeding 100% raw to see the full benefits of a raw diet, we understand that this isn't for everyone, so we of course support the idea that some fresh raw is better than none.

How should I get my dog started on raw food?

We recommend gradually introducing raw food to your dog over a course of 2 weeks. Should your dog be used to different source of food, start by mixing the new raw food with their current food diet and gradually increase the new food each day until fully transitioned.

Should I add anything extra to my dog's meal?

Our food is designed to be complete and balanced for dogs of all life stages, so it's not necessary to add anything extra to your dog's food. That being said, there is no harm in adding a a small amount of your preferred probiotic, prebiotic, fish oil or omega-3 oil.

Where do you source your meat from?

Our food is all made from human-grade meats from reputable butchers and supplies with no fillers, preservatives, artificial flavours or colours.

Can I cook the Nino's Dog Food meals?

We don’t recommend cooking the food, as this defeats the purpose of feeding a fresh RAW diet and all the bioavailable nutrients with come with it. That being said, it is fine to sear the meat gently on a very low heat if you have a picky pet.

How many days will the meal's stay fresh?

Our food is delivered frozen. Once it has been defrosted it will stay good in your refrigerator for up to 4 days MAX. Our food will however be good in your freezer for up to 6 months.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, order can be cancelled 24 hours from date of original order with no charge

How do I check the status of my order?

Should you not have received a confirmation email or SMS from us after 2 days of placing an order please get in touch with us via email on info@ninosdogfood.com.au
